Order Processing & Delivery

At Drippr, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Because we handle our logistics with great care and attention, please take the following timelines into account:

  • Processing time: Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.

  • Total delivery time: You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days after placing your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Austria, and Germany. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location:

  • Netherlands: €3.85

  • Germany: €3.60

  • Austria: €5.76

Shipping Method

To ensure the most efficient delivery, your order will be shipped from our hubs in either Utrecht (NL) or Innsbruck (AT), depending on your delivery address and local stock.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Drippr is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at help@drippr.shop. Please include photos of the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
