Order Processing & Delivery
At Drippr, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please take the following timelines into account:
Processing time: Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time: Delivery estimates vary by destination. Please refer to the estimated delivery time shown at checkout for your selected delivery option.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Germany.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Drippr is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at help@drippr.shop. Please include photos of the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
