Is The Drippr Flaskdry dishwasher safe?
No, The drippr is currently not dishwasher safe. Because our products are currently manufactured using high-precision 3D printing, they cannot withstand the high temperatures and harsh chemicals typical of a standard dishwasher cycle, which may cause the material to warp or degrade.
Cleaning Instructions:
To keep your drippr in top condition, we recommend hand washing it with lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
Looking Ahead:
We are actively developing new production methods and material solutions to offer a dishwasher-safe version of The drippr in the near future.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Austria near Innsbruck, at the moment we are 3D printing all our designs locally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. In Belgium, Netherlands, Austria and Germany you can expect the product to be delivered to your home within 3–5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To start the process, simply send an email to help@drippr.shop. Once your request is confirmed, you will have another 14 days to return the product to us.
