How do I prevent mould in my soft flasks?
Rinse straight away: Thoroughly rinse your soft flasks with lukewarm water after every run. This is essential if you use electrolytes, energy mixes, or gels, as leftover sugars are a breeding ground for bacteria.
Maximise airflow: Once rinsed, trapped moisture is the enemy. Placing your gear on a dedicated rack like the drippr FlaskDry ensures the interior dries completely within 2 hours, leaving no damp environment for mould or odours to develop.
Is The Drippr Flaskdry dishwasher safe?
No, the FlaskDry is not dishwasher safe. Because our products are individually 3D printed using bio-based materials, they cannot withstand the high heat and harsh chemicals of a standard dishwasher cycle, which can cause the material to warp.
- How to clean: To keep your rack in top condition, simply give it a quick hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap.
- Looking ahead: We are already testing new production methods and material solutions to offer a dishwasher-safe version in the near future.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every single drying rack is 3D printed locally near the trails in Innsbruck, Austria. We manage our own production process to ensure strict quality control while keeping our environmental footprint as small as possible
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping to the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria for all orders over €70.
Dispatch: We pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. As soon as it leaves our hands, you will receive a tracking email.
Delivery times: Timelines vary depending on where you are based. You can see the exact estimated delivery window for your address during checkout.
What is your return policy?
If your new setup isn't quite right for your kitchen, you can return your order under the following conditions:
- 14-day cooling-off period: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us (via email) that you wish to return it.
- Return window: Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to ship the items back.
- Shipping costs: Please note that the direct costs of return shipping are covered by the customer.
- Condition: Items must be returned unused and in their original state.

- Return address: This depends on whether your package was dispatched from our Dutch or Austrian hub. We will provide the correct return address as soon as you get in touch.
