Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

At Drippr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. According to EU law, you have a legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period. However, we extend this to a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: You have the right to inspect the product to determine its nature and characteristics (similar to what is allowed in a physical store). If the product is returned with damage or clear signs of use beyond this inspection, you may be held liable for the diminished value of the goods.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@drippr.shop.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Depending on your location and where your order was shipped from, returns should be sent to:

  • Netherlands: Johannes van Andelstraat 25bs, 3553TG, Utrecht.

  • Austria: Schneeburggasse 111, 6020, Innsbruck.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at help@drippr.shop so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products: Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Perishable goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.

  • Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards.

Note: Sale items are eligible for return under the standard 30-day policy mentioned above.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at help@drippr.shop.
